I specialize in strength training, injury rehabilitation, sports conditioning, weight loss, and meal planning. Every program I design is fully customized to your unique goals, needs, and lifestyle.

onLINE TRAINING

Fully customized workout program delivered through an easy-to-use app. 

in-PERSON TRAINING

In-person training is available at your home or at a boutique gym in Lasalle.
