I began working with Maz shortly after tearing my Achilles Tendon. He has been helping me rehab my injury and build my strength at the same. Working with him is great because he is knowledgeable and understood my physical limitations as well as what areas needed to be stronger in order to help me. Each week he has different workouts prepared so it is never boring. Maz is able to challenge me, pushing me to build both my strength and confidence.Thanks to Maz I am healing faster than expected!

Maz is an excellent rehabilitation coach and personal trainer. I first went to see Maz after knee surgery and he was able to create personalized training sessions to both build and strengthen my leg muscles.

 

He was also happy to provide advice on diet and also training plans and stretches to do at home between sessions. I quickly saw a huge improvement in my leg strength along with significantly less knee pain both during exercise and day to day life. Not only did he help the knee but with a complete workout I also experienced an improvement in my overall strength and fitness levels at the same time.

Maz is a wizard when it comes to rehabilitation of injuries and getting rid of physical pain.

 

I've had pain in my shoulders for years, limited mobility and overall weakness and lack of flexibility from sitting at a desk for 8+ hours a day for the past 15 years.

 

In the past year of working with Maz my shoulder pain has disappeared and I'm slowly but surely increasing my range of motion and flexibility.

 

I'd highly recommend Maz to anyone looking to increase their flexibility/range of motion, reduce pain and get their body to a stage where they can exercise safely without risk of injury.

Je me suis remise au fitness il y a quelques mois. Mon but était d’augmenter mon volume musculaire et ma force. J’ai immédiatement apprécié l’approche de Maz. Son écoute attentive lui permet de façonner un programme personnel en fonction du niveau de la personne et de l’équipement de sport auquel on a accès. De plus, Maz étant spécialisé en réhabilitation, il a pu adapter mon programme plusieurs fois afin de soulager des raideurs au niveau des épaules et des douleurs aux genoux. Ses conseils sont toujours très bien formulés de façon à ce que je puisse travailler correctement les bons muscles dans chaque exercice. Il donne également des tuyaux en nutrition qui m’ont aidé à garder ma flexibilité. Aujourd’hui, je continue de m’éclater avec le programme de Maz tout en sachant que je travaille en totale harmonie avec mon corps. Je recommande vivement le savoir-faire de Maz à tout le monde!
